As a missional church, the LVC congregation supports many outreach efforts in our local community. Some of these missional support efforts go towards:
American Red Cross
Our theme for this Red Cross Blood Drive was: “Give Blood, Help Save Lives” You can put the power of faith into action and help save a life.
On June 9th the LVC Blood Drive produced the following results: We had a total of 87 donors signed up with appointments and 77 people signed in to donate, including 14 Double Red Cell Donors, which count double. The bottom line is that LVC produced 80 productive units, which will benefit over 240 lives throughout this area. This is a result of 3 separate efforts; LVC callers, On-line sign ups and Red Cross Tele Marketing. The Goal set by Red Cross for this drive was 80 productive units of blood. We achieved our GOAL…Thank You!!
